What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Router Operator position at Communication Exhibits INC?

We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated individual to work as a CNC Operator on a full-time. CNC Operator is responsible for programming, setting up and operating the CNC router by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sets up, operates and assists and/or edits programming of the CNC router to perform a combination of machining operations
- Sets up sheets and specifications to determine program sequence, setup operation and dimensions of finished work pieces
- Verifies accuracy of machined work pieces
- Makes adjustments to achieve correct specification as needed
- Runs secondary operations on another machine when time allows
- Performs regular maintenance on equipment and keeps work area in a clean, orderly and safe manner
- Complies with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety regulations
- Responsible for detail repair and edit
- Maintains tooling inventory and replaces and sharpens tools
- Trains and shares knowledge with others for backup support
- Assists with other carpentry tasks
- Checks compressor room periodically
- Communicate with repair tech
- R&D on strategies for milling different substrates
Education/Experience/Certifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two to fouryear related experience and/or training.
- Or, equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license
Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities:
- Time management skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to prioritize
Equipment Experience but not limited to:
- CNC router
- Forklift
- Power tools
- Table saw
