We are currently recruiting an experienced Nursing Home Administrator for the position of Regional Director of Operations overseeing operations at thirteen facilities in Ohio, mostly located in Cleveland, OH and Youngstown, OH region. The Regional Director of Operations provides leadership to Facility Management and Regional Staff through motivating, directing, and supporting operating plans relating to quality care, employee relations, revenue enhancement, and business results. The Regional Director of Operations has the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall operations and financial success of the centers in his/her region. Requirements: Must have a current Nursing Home Administrator’s License in the State of Ohio Must have at least 5 years of experience as an LNHA in a Long Term Care nursing facility Previous multi-site operations experience in a long term care setting is preferred Strong math/budgetary skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong management and operation skills Ability to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively Benefits As a CommuniCare employee you will enjoy competitive wages and PTO plans.
