What You’ll Do As the Director of Referral and Assessment, you will lead the admissions and assessment process, ensuring every individual receives compassionate and professional guidance at the very start of their recovery journey. You will: Oversee the referral, intake, and assessment functions of the facility. Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, hospitals, physicians, and community partners. Supervise and train admissions and assessment staff to provide timely, accurate evaluations. Ensure all assessments align with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with clinical and medical leadership to determine appropriate level of care and treatment planning. Track referral trends, admissions data, and outcomes to drive process improvements. Maintain a patient-centered approach that emphasizes empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) strongly preferred. 3 years of experience in admissions, assessment, or referral coordination in behavioral health. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment pathways. Must be 21 years or older. Why Join Us?
