Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Director based in Oxford, MS. The Human Resources Director will oversee all HR functions, including developing policies, managing employee relations, overseeing compliance with labor regulations, and implementing performance management strategies. The role also includes leading initiatives to support organizational growth and a positive workplace culture, while ensuring alignment with Communicare’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and employee lifecycle management
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and managing interpersonal workplace dynamics
- Knowledge of Performance Management systems and practices
- Expertise in Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in a leadership HR role within a healthcare or nonprofit organization is a plus
