We are seeking an experienced and passionate SAFE Family Recovery Program Supervisor to lead a dedicated team supporting families involved with the Department of Children and Families (DCF). What You'll Do:
As the SAFE Family Recovery Program Supervisor, you will oversee daily program operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with DCF and program requirements.
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the SAFE Family Recovery Program and ensure services are delivered according to program standards and contractual requirements.
- Oversee referral, intake, assessment, and case management processes to ensure timely and effective support for families.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and performance management to program staff while supporting professional development and certification requirements.
- Monitor documentation, reporting, and compliance activities, including data entry and quality assurance requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison with DCF, courts, community partners, and stakeholders to support positive client outcomes and program success.
What You'll Bring:
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field with active Connecticut licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
- At least three years of experience providing clinical and recovery support services.
- Supervisory, leadership, or program oversight experience in behavioral health, substance use, family services, or related settings.
- Experience working with culturally diverse populations and collaborating with community partners and systems of care.
- Strong organizational, communication, conflict resolution, and project management skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and ability to travel throughout the community as needed.
