We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support a growing electro-mechanical repair and manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll manage customer orders, coordinate repairs, and work closely with internal teams to deliver top-level service.

What You’ll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving issues
- Manage repair orders and service requests from start to finish
- Prepare quotes and estimates by coordinating with vendors and internal teams
- Communicate with engineering, production, and operations to ensure timely delivery
- Track and coordinate logistics, scheduling, and equipment repairs
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems (Excel, ERP, etc.)
✅ What You Need
- 2 years of customer service experience (manufacturing, warehouse, or mechanical environment preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- High school diploma or GED
