Your Role & Responsibilities

The Commonwise Caregiver helps clients thrive by supporting their safety, autonomy, and quality of life.
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients and families
- Provide reliable care during times of need
- Advocate for clients in community settings
- Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living): bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, feeding
- Assist with IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living): light housekeeping, meal prep, driving clients, creative hobbies
Physical Demands
- Frequent bending required
- May include driving
- Requires strong visual, auditory, and communication skills
- Must be able to lift/push/pull 20–50 lbs
SIGN ON BONUS:
Must be a level three of higher. Bonus will be received after 100 hours of successful care.
