At Mosquito & Pest Authority, our Customer Service Representatives are the command center of our operation. Youâll be the first voice our customers hearâguiding them through service options, scheduling field technicians efficiently, and helping protect homes and businesses from pests and mosquitoes.
This role is ideal for someone with proven inbound sales experience and experience working with field service routes or scheduling technicians. If youâre organized, confident on the phone, and motivated by performance goals, we want to meet you.
đ What Youâll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, text, and email
- Handle high-volume inbound calls and conduct outbound follow-ups
- Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled services using consultative sales techniques
- Upsell and cross-sell additional pest and mosquito services when appropriate
- Schedule and optimize daily technician routes to ensure efficient service delivery
- Answer customer questions about treatments, pricing, and service plans
- Maintain accurate customer records in company software systems
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales and performance goals
- Support marketing initiatives such as promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns
- Navigate multiple systems while actively listening and entering accurate data
- Participate fully in training opportunities provided to enhance knowledge and to meet requirements for state licensing.
â What Weâre Looking For
- Previous inbound sales experience required
- Experience scheduling or coordinating field service routes required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident explaining products and services and closing sales over the phone
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a call-center-style environment
- Comfortable working with multiple software systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
