Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential customers/donors with professionalism and a consultative sales approach.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales/donation targets and KPIs.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly QA target scores
- Provide exceptional post-sale customer service as needed.
- 1–2 years of sales experience (inbound/outbound, telemarketing, or similar roles preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- A basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, building relationships, and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficient with technology and basic computer applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office/teams, etc.).
- Experience working in a remote sales environment.
- Quiet home office setup is required. No background noise.
- A reliable wired internet connection is required—Wi-Fi is not acceptable. The system must be connected via Ethernet directly to the ISP’s router and to the workstation. Minimum bandwidth of 50 Mbps for both upload and download are mandatory
