The primary focus includes overseeing the design and construction of wastewater systems, drinking water systems, and managing projects related to non-point source and stormwater management. These responsibilities extend to similar projects that receive funding from various grant and loan programs. Additionally, this position plays a crucial role in the statewide management of water infrastructure improvement initiatives funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), which is also administered by PENNVEST.
