- Maintain a knowledge of the various facilities and maintenance managers and supervisors.
- Based on the provided decisions criteria will contact the associated manager/supervisor for urgent situations received from reports or system alerts.
- Prepare and format correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents in draft and final form.
- Perform a variety of data entry tasks within the work order system to update system status or equipment changes.
- As directed by a supervisor/manager, manipulate the mechanical system software to support any efforts in the buildings and/or as a result of an alert received in the monitoring software system.
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment.
- Shift Work: Available shifts include: 7:00am to 3:00pm, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, and 11:00pm to 7:00am, Sunday - Saturday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- ESSENTIAL EMPLOYEE – REQUIRED TO REPORT TO WORK DURING EMERGENCIES AND OFFICE CLOSINGS.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $36,108.00 (before taxes).

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
- You must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
- You must have the ability to work shifts: 1st shift (7:00am-3:00pm), 2nd shift (3:00pm to 11:00pm), and 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:00am).
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
