At the heart of these efforts, the Division of Maternal and Child Health leads initiatives that support prenatal and postpartum women, infants, children, and families across the state. We are seeking a Federal Program Specialist to take the lead in coordinating and overseeing the grant activities for the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Part C Infants and Toddlers with Disabilities and Development Delays grant as part of the Kentucky Early Intervention System (KEIS) Program.

Further, an employee appointed to an FFTL position is designated as an unclassified (non- merit) employee. An FFTL employee is eligible to receive benefits at the same level as a classified (merit) employee in a permanent position.
