By joining our Division of Driver Licensing Team as a Administrative Supervisor in Franklin County, you’ll have the opportunity to provide leadership and operational oversight for 8 Branch Managers supervising 35 Regional Driver Licensing Offices across the Commonwealth. You will play a critical role in process improvement and efficient operations by ensuring a seamless customer experience statewide.

Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION: Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Four years of professional administrative experience.
Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: A master's degree in public or business administration or a related field will substitute for one year of the required experience.
Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Additional administrative, business or research experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

- Provide supervision and direction to staff responsible for high-volume, high-visibility public services
- Ensure compliance and consistency with laws, regulations, and departmental policies across multiple service delivery channels
- Coordinate statewide operations by managing logistics, staffing, and resources for the Pop-Up Licensing Program.
- Improve accountability and efficiency through monitoring of application processing, reporting, and customer service functions.
- Support public engagement by ensuring timely and accurate responses to citizen inquiries.
- Proven ability to lead and develop staff, fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Experience overseeing high-volume, operations with a focus on efficiency, consistency, and quality.
- Understanding of state and federal driver licensing laws.
- Skilled in analyzing performance data, optimizing resources, and implementing solutions to improve performance.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with leadership, staff, external partners, and the public.
