The Programmer Specialist designs, develops, and maintains robust applications, automation scripts, and system integrations across internal and third-party platforms. The Programmer Specialist produces high quality, scalable, and maintainable code using modern frameworks, design patterns, and best practices, and translates business requirements into efficient technical solutions through in-depth analysis and planning.
This role contributes to all phases of the software development cycle, including requirements gathering, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and documentation. This individual is expected to lead or support data-driven initiatives, aligning technical solutions with business goals. In addition, this individual must stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and development methodologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualified candidates must have experience working within two or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).

- Monitoring progress on tasks and communicating updates proactively to keep stakeholders informed.
