Loan Operations (Note) Officer

POSITION OVERVIEWThis position handles commercial/personal real estate and SBA general loan operation POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESLoan generation, funding and boarding Prepares SBA 1086 agreement Reviews and monitors collateral insurances.Handles general loan servicing for all loansHandles monthly invoicesDaily loan payment and charge back Handles daily loan statement and noticesMonitors tickler report and UCC continuation Posts daily payment Posts loan advance upon request Balances participation payment holdover G/L Submits participation payment Complies fully with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Code of Conduct, and etc.). Must complete all required training SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONSubstantial knowledge of loan operation, servicing, trade finance operation and documentation Expertise in LaserPro, SBA SOP and bank loan policy and procedure2-4 years current experience in loan operations (experience in loan documentation preferred)Team playerAdapt well to changes & fast paced work environmentAttention to detail EDUCATION / EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree preferredPreferred experience with FISWe offer a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, 401k retirement savings plan, and paid federal holidays, for this full-time position within the salary range of $65,000 - $70,000. Pay ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
