What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Operations (Note) Officer position at Commonwealth Business Bank?
POSITION OVERVIEW
This position handles commercial/personal real estate and SBA general loan operation
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Loan generation, funding and boarding
- Prepares SBA 1086 agreement
- Reviews and monitors collateral insurances.
- Handles general loan servicing for all loans
- Handles monthly invoices
- Daily loan payment and charge back
- Handles daily loan statement and notices
- Monitors tickler report and UCC continuation
- Posts daily payment
- Posts loan advance upon request
- Balances participation payment holdover G/L
- Submits participation payment
- Complies fully with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Code of Conduct, and etc.). Must complete all required training
SKILLS / QUALIFICATION
- Substantial knowledge of loan operation, servicing, trade finance operation and documentation
- Expertise in LaserPro, SBA SOP and bank loan policy and procedure
- 2-4 years current experience in loan operations (experience in loan documentation preferred)
- Team player
- Adapt well to changes & fast paced work environment
- Attention to detail
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Preferred experience with FIS

Pay ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
