Role Description The Manager of Business Development & Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Rockland, MA. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the commercial construction sector, including retail, restaurant, corporate, and other commercial clients. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, maintaining a robust pipeline, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with estimating and project management teams to support winning bids. The role also oversees marketing strategy and execution, including managing the company’s brand, website, social media, and marketing collateral, and supporting participation in industry events and trade shows. The manager regularly analyzes market trends and competitor activity, maintains CRM data and reporting, and collaborates with leadership to set business development priorities and growth targets.
