Responsibilities
This position regularly performs a variety of complex duties involving review or processing of data, technology and/or information which requires the interpretation and application of specialized technical or program knowledge.
The incumbent exercises a high degree of independence, initiative and originality with little day-to-day supervision; may also perform some secretarial duties; may work on special projects and/or act as lead person in scheduling, training and assisting less experienced clerical staff in the performance of the department's work.
Qualifications
Required:
- 1 year as an Office Assistant II at Dignity Health or 3 years increasingly responsible clerical experience - 1 year of which is equivalent to that of a Senior Office Assistant at Dignity Health
- High school diploma, or successful completion of a business school curriculum
