- Demonstrates technical nursing skills (as documented in unit skills list).
- Utilizes the nursing process to provide safe therapeutic care for patients.
- Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients.
- Documentation of the nursing process as required by hospital standards.
- Assumes responsibility for pursuing continued training and education.
- Demonstrates the ability to organize and prioritize efficiently.
Job Requirements
Required
- 2-3 years experience as an ER RN
- Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 30 Days
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 30 Days
