This is a part time after hours role for an Account Operations Specialist located in Farmington, MI. Hours will be 5pm-10pm and on call on the weekends.
The Account Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling customer service inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients to address their needs, and maintaining positive client relationships. The specialist will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and service delivery.
