Position: Restaurant Manager

We’re seeking a motivated, professional, and hospitality-driven Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate is passionate about guest experience, team development, and operational excellence. You’ll oversee daily service, manage staff, and ensure smooth operations across the dining room and bar, while upholding our standards of style, service, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead front-of-house operations with a hands-on, service-driven approach.
• Maintain a high level of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
• Manage and train staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest engagement.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timing, quality, and consistency.
• Handle guest feedback with poise and professionalism.
• Monitor P&L performance, labor, and inventory to meet financial goals.
• Support event execution and special programming.
• Uphold BOL Hospitality Group’s values of teamwork, excellence, and culture.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management (upscale dining or lounge experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing 30 team members.
• Familiar with POS systems (Toast preferred), scheduling platforms, and inventory management.
• Passion for food, cocktails, and creating memorable experiences.
• Flexible schedule — nights and weekends required.
