Position Summary:
Line cooks assist with food preparation, follow recipes, maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment, and possess a growth mentality. An ideal candidate focuses on service, education, and a positive kitchen culture based on trust and respect.
Qualifications:
- Preferred, but not required, 2 years experience in a professional kitchen
- Interested in sourcing locally and seasonally
- Possesses a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn and take direction
- Self-motivated, positive demeanor, punctual, strong multitasking skills
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends
