Salary: $22 - $25
Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM; Months of June - August hours change to 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM (Will need to be available to work overtime as needed during the summer and possibly some weekend days)
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer interactions and documentation to ensure efficient cargo movement
- Delegate tasks to boost department productivity
- Collaborate with warehouse and internal teams for smooth shipment handling
- Support sales by resolving issues and identifying growth opportunities
- Maintain strong time management and proactive problem-solving skills
- Work independently while contributing positively to the team
- Stay organized and take initiative as a self-starter
- Quote, book, and monitor domestic and international shipments for timely delivery
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of logistics experience; air freight/export experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
- Must meet TSA background check eligibility
- Proficient in email, web browsing, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong geographic knowledge for efficient freight routing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
