Job Duties
The successful candidate must comply with the company’s Quality Policy and Core Values. The Job duties include but are not limited to:
One to three months related experience and/or training and a stable work history.
Language Skills
Associate should have the ability to read a limited number of two and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Must have the ability to print and speak simple sentences.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Associate should be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions and administer the ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables should the need arise.
Computer Skills
Some computer skills may be required depending on the job they are placed in. Some positions require the knowledge of the AS400 computer software system.

Job Duties

- Removal and/or placement of metal parts onto/off of a hook as it passes by to a staging area or the powder coat booth.
- Identify parts by part number in order to stage them successfully for the assembly process area.
- Ability to work with both hands to apply/remove rubber plugs from painted parts.
- Ability to work at a fast pace.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
- Identify parts with tags indicating part number, quantity, and destination.
- Housekeeping of areas to be maintained.
- Safe work environment to be maintained.
- Communicate with area coordinator.
- Work with others as a team, demonstrating a positive attitude
- Ability to maintain a well-organized work area.
