Pay range: $20.00–$26.00/hourly— grows with your skill level. Production bonus: up to $700/month — eligible after 60 days
Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Level 1 - Retread Operations
Job Type: Full time
POSITION OVERVIEWYou'll work hands-on in our retread manufacturing operation — operating machinery, maintaining your workspace, and producing high-quality retreaded tires that keep commercial fleets on the road. No prior tire experience required; we train you on the equipment and processes from day one. As you build skills, you advance through a structured Level 1 → 2 → 3 pay ladder with clear criteria at each step.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate assigned machines — buffer, builder, extruder, chambers, skiver, and/or final inspector
- Assist with retread manufacturing and maintain production quality to Commercial Tire specifications
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
- Follow Commercial Tire safety guidelines and contribute to a team-first culture of continuous improvement
QUALIFICATIONS – preferred
- Must be 18 years or older (required)
- 0-4 Years’ experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable reading technical or operational manuals
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn — we invest in people who show up and put in the effort
