We are an established commercial roofing company seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to support our estimating and office operations. This role is critical in preparing and submitting bid packages for commercial roofing projects.
Job Responsibilities:
· Obtain, download, and organize commercial roofing bid documents
· Prepare and assemble bid packages for timely submission
· Complete bid forms, bid qualifications, and related documentation
· Request, track, and manage bid bonds
· Answer incoming phone calls and communicate with clients, vendors, and project teams
· Perform general administrative and miscellaneous office tasks as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Strong multitasking and organizational skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Punctual, dependable, and deadline-driven
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred (but not required):
· Familiarity with bid platforms such as BuildingConnected, PlanHub, or SmartBid
· Previous administrative or coordinator experience
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
