SALES MANAGER — RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL

Position Summary
The Sales Manager will lead and develop CRA’s sales organization, overseeing both residential and
commercial product lines including screen enclosures, carports, railing, and related aluminum
structures. This role focuses on building a strong sales culture that improves close rates, protects
margins, and drives profitable revenue growth.
Core Responsibilities
Lead and manage a multi-location sales team covering residential and commercial lines.
Develop and execute sales strategies, quotas, and goals that align with company
objectives.
Manage and maintain CRM platforms to ensure accurate pipeline tracking and reporting.
Monitor pricing and margin integrity across all product categories.
Drive sales training, recruiting, and performance development.
Provide weekly and monthly sales forecasts, reports, and KPI reviews for executive
leadership.
Coordinate with estimating and operations for smooth handoffs and accurate job pricing.
Promote company reputation through customer relationships and trade engagement.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in a sales leadership role within construction, building products, or
related trades.
Demonstrated success managing multi-rep sales teams and achieving consistent revenue
growth.
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and data-driven sales
management.
Strong understanding of sales pipeline management, pricing strategy, and margin
protection.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Experience recruiting, training, and retaining sales professionals.
