We are seeking a Customer Service Liaison to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Help the sales team process and submit paperwork
- Answer and receive inbound emails and phone calls and transfer accordingly
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Understand how to qualify customer leads using google maps and county property appraiser
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Schedule sales appointments for qualified leads
- Set up opportunities in NetSuite per each scheduled sales appointment
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Experience with Supply Pro software preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, Net Suite experience preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Salary : $38,900 - $42,500
