We are currently searching for an Oracle Solutions Consultant to support our client for a one-year project that could be possibly extended another year in West Sacramento, CA.
This position is on-site in West Sacramento, CA.

Contract Duration: 1 year with possible 1 year extension
Two professional references needed to submit to client.
The Oracle Solutions Consultant is to serve as a Solution Architect for complex modifications that are required for an existing Project Accounting and Leave System, Activity-Based Management System.
Responsibilities
- Oracle Upgrade Initiative – support the remaining upgrade plan for future upgrades, including EBS Suite, JAVA JRE upgrades to the latest recommended version.
- Provide technical support to include development of the Oracle Sunset Roadmap for Oracle replacement due to the new system Payroll System, System Architecture, Alternative Solutions analysis, writing of business cases, and requirements gathering.
- HR Modernization Project – support, research, and implement the migration of data and functionality to the Service Now system for payroll and HR modules that were built in the Oracle legacy system.
- Identify, document, and resolve any issues that exist in the current version of Oracle eBusiness modules.
- Implement, lead, and coordinate with ETS Oracle Database Administrator staff the Modernization Initiative, including all interfaces that need to be tested and implemented.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience implementing Oracle E-Business Suite Human Resources (HR) and Projects, General Ledger, and Accounts Receivables modules, Oracle forms, Oracle reports, Discoverer and XML publisher, processes, and workflows.
- Customization experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HR experience
- 3 years leading IT Projects and creating IT deliverables for a state agency.
- 2 year of Oracle Cloud support.
- Minimum of three (3) years of combined experience in Discoverer or Oracle reports development, using PL/SQL, creating Oracle Forms.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ system analysis of application and database architecture designs.
