We are currently searching for a Change Management Consultant for a client located in Pleasanton, California area this is a long-term Contract position. Our client intends for this to be a Hybrid position.
The target hourly pay is 65 an hour
Overview:
The Change Management Consultant will be the training lead, supporting the change management lead for the OMP program. This individual will be responsible for synthesizing the change impacts by persona into training strategies and plans, developing course outlines, creating training materials (ex. FAQs, VILT) or engagement (eg. overview presentations, stakeholder update presentations), managing the review/approval cycles of said materials, and managing themselves against project milestones. This role requires someone organized, highly adaptable, able to jump in and learn new tools/systems, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Change Management Lead in executing training and organizational change initiatives for the OMP program.
- Develop and execute training strategies and plans aligned to change impacts across different user personas.
- Create engaging training materials including FAQs, Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) content, user guides, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and summarize findings for project teams and leadership stakeholders.
- Partner with leadership teams to identify and address organizational development and behavioral change challenges.
- Manage review and approval cycles for training and engagement materials.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and support communication planning efforts.
- Track project milestones and independently manage deliverables in a fast-paced project environment.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and business processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business teams, project managers, and leadership to support successful program adoption.
Requirements:
- 3–10 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Training, or related areas.
- Strong experience supporting enterprise transformation or system implementation initiatives.
- Experience developing training strategies, training plans, and learning materials.
- Experience creating presentations, FAQs, VILT materials, and stakeholder communication content.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience supporting organizational readiness and user adoption activities.
