Position Summary – Tube Laser Operator
The Tube Laser Operator has the primary responsibility for production runs, ensuring safety, accuracy and timeliness of all jobs.
This is a second shift position, Monday through Thursday from 3:00PM to 1:30AM.
Responsibilities:
· Operate a CNC tube laser cutting machine and other machinery used in the production process, or assist other processes within laser work cell.
· Work in a fast paced environment with fast changing priorities.
· Keep work area clean and organized.
· Provide a high level of attention to detail.
· Follow all company rules and policies.
· Follow all safety rules and quality standards.
· Have ability to work with a flexible schedule, including overtime and some weekends.
· Background working with sheet steel and aluminum.
· Fork truck experience is a plus.
