Job Title: Service Manager – Commercial Kitchen Equipment

About the Role

We're looking for a Service Manager who leads from the front — someone who thrives on ownership, precision, and building systems that work in the real world, not just on paper.

This role is the backbone of our service operation. You'll be responsible for scheduling and coordinating jobs, verifying the accuracy of sales and service orders, and ensuring everything required for success in the field is ready, organized, and executed at a high level. From deliveries and installations to tools, materials, and on-site execution, the buck stops with you.

This is not a desk-only management role. You'll be deeply connected to the field, supporting technicians, solving problems in real time, and ensuring our customers experience professionalism, reliability, and integrity at every step. What You'll Do

· Own the daily and long-term scheduling of service, delivery, and installation jobs to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and on-time execution

· Verify the accuracy and completeness of sales orders, service tickets, and job scopes before work begins

· Coordinate and oversee all field operations, including deliveries, installations, and service work

· Ensure all jobs are properly equipped with the correct tools, materials, parts, and documentation before dispatch

· Act as a key point of contact between sales, service technicians, and customers to ensure alignment and clarity

· Troubleshoot and resolve field issues quickly, making sound decisions under pressure

· Maintain accountability for job quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

· Support and lead technicians by setting expectations, providing guidance, and reinforcing best practices

· Keep clear, accurate records related to scheduling, materials, and job execution

· Experience managing service operations, field teams, or project coordination (commercial kitchen equipment experience preferred)

· Strong understanding of scheduling, logistics, and field execution

· Ability to read, verify, and validate sales orders, job scopes, and installation requirements

· Hands-on mindset — comfortable being in the field when needed

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and decisive

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias toward action and accountability

Pay: $45, $75,000.00 per year
