What You'll Do:
· Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial gas-powered kitchen equipment such as ovens, ranges, fryers, grills, and steamers.
· Perform safety checks, leak detection, and preventative maintenance to ensure reliability and compliance.
· Troubleshoot with precision and confidence, applying both technical expertise and resourceful problem-solving.
· Deliver professional, customer-focused service that builds trust and long-term relationships.
· Keep clear, accurate service documentation that reflects accountability and ownership.
· Work alongside a team that supports one another, shares knowledge, and pursues excellence.
