About the Role
This is a hands-on marketing role focused on execution, organization, and continuous improvement.
You’ll work closely with leadership to support ongoing marketing initiatives while bringing fresh ideas to help improve lead generation and overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads
- Assist with managing and maintaining Salesforce (REQUIRED) for marketing and lead tracking
- Support trade shows, events, and conferences (planning, coordination, follow-up)
- Help improve and maintain marketing workflows and automation processes
- Contribute ideas to enhance lead generation and campaign performance
- Assist with website updates and content improvements
- Manage and maintain a marketing calendar
- Track and report on campaign performance and key metrics
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing
- Experience with Salesforce (REQUIRED)
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Experience
- Trade shows or event marketing
- Automation tools or basic AI workflows
- B2B marketing experience
- Experience with WordPress or website updates
