- Assist clients with policy questions, changes, billing, certificates, and other service needs
- Service personal and commercial insurance accounts
- Quote new and existing business with multiple insurance carriers
- Process endorsements and renewals
- Prepare applications, ACORD forms, and carrier submissions
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and underwriters
- Maintain accurate information in our agency management system
- Assist walk-in clients at our Ocean City office
- Support account retention and identify opportunities for additional coverage
- Prior experience working in the insurance industry
- Experience in an insurance agency, brokerage, carrier, or other insurance office setting
- Property & Casualty experience preferred, but not required
- Property & Casualty license preferred, but not required
- Experience with personal lines, commercial lines, employee benefits, or other insurance products is welcome
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple client requests
- Comfortable working with insurance software, carrier websites, and office systems
