What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with business owners, property managers, contractors, and decision-makers throughout Ocean City and the Eastern Shore
- Identify business insurance needs and present appropriate commercial insurance coverage solutions
- Work with our internal service team to develop insurance quotes and proposals
- Present coverage options and guide clients through the commercial insurance purchasing process
- Develop referral relationships with business professionals, lenders, real estate professionals, and community partners
- Continue expanding your book of business through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building
Our compensation model is designed for long-term income growth and book ownership.
Producers Earn:
- 50% commission on new business
- 50% commission on renewal business

What We’re Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Prior experience selling commercial insurance products
- Proven ability to generate and close new business insurance accounts
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Self-driven professional comfortable managing a sales pipeline and prospecting activity
