Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Commercial Flooring Sales professional located in Windsor, CT.
Responsibilities include:
- Client base development
- Specify and sell flooring products and installation services
- Develop and follow project leads
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Update clients on project progress and schedule changes
- Maintain profit margins
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of flooring products
- Possess strong verbal, written communication, computer and follow up skills
- Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, vendors and team members
- Self-motivated, detail and deadline oriented
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills required
- Previous experience in the flooring industry is a plus
