Responsibilities
- Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools safely and efficiently to maintain lawns and landscaped areas
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and weed control
- Identify different plant species and assess their health to recommend appropriate care or treatment
- Conduct grounds keeping duties including tree trimming, shrubbery care, hardscape maintenance
- Maintain grounds by performing routine inspections, cleaning up debris, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order
