Do you take pride in building outdoor spaces that last for decades? At Green Light Lawn Care we're looking for a skilled and motivated Hardscape Crew Member to join our team. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and rewarding -- you'll be part of creating stunning, functional outdoor living areas that our clients will enjoy for years to come.
Qualifications- 2 years of professional hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, etc.)
- 2 years of landscape installation experience
- strong working knowledge of laser transits, compaction, and base preparation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable, responsible, and quality-focused mindset
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid Driver's License required
- Must pass a background check
- Willingness to relocate to West Lafayette, IN before starting work
- Assist in the installation of paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, stairs, outdoor kitchens, and firepits
- Perform excavation, grading, and preparation for hardscape projects
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Set up and use laser transits for proper grading and leveling
- Support landscape construction with planting, mulching, and softscape work as needed
- Work closely with crew members to complete projects with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail
