HVAC preventative maintenance in an industrial setting: checking/replacing belts/pulleys, clear and maintain condensate lines, coil cleaning, checking refrigerant levels and charging/repairing as needed, replacing condensers or air handlers as needed. May on occasion perform HVAC repairs in residential and commercial settings.

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
