Tri-City Heat Treat is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty with mechanical work. What You’ll Do
This is a dual-focus role requiring both electrical expertise and mechanical aptitude:
- Electrical Mastery: Install, troubleshoot, and repair motors, controllers, relays, VFDs, and power circuits up to 480V.
- Mechanical & Fabrication: Perform mechanical repairs, welding, basic plumbing, and equipment fabrication.
- Proactive Maintenance: Execute preventative maintenance schedules and respond quickly to emergency breakdowns to keep production running.
- Project Leadership: Handle work orders for equipment modifications and new installations, ensuring a safe and clean shop environment.
The Schedule
- Primary Shift: Day Shift.
- Details: Standard 8-hour days with overtime, weekends, possible holidays as needed to support production demands (flexibility)
What You Bring
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of Industrial Electrician experience (required).
- Technical Skill: Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics for troubleshooting.
- Versatility: A "jack-of-all-trades" mindset with a working knowledge of welding and mechanical systems.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks and repetitive work for extended periods.

Requirements
- Must be able to commute to Rock Island, IL 61201.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
