What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales and Marketing Assistant position at Commercial Connect Television Inc.?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales representatives by preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
  • Follow-up with proposals over the phone and by email
  • Maintain and update our CRM database, ensuring accuracy and organization of client information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support for product or service-related questions.
  • Follow up with leads via phone to establish rapport, gather information, and schedule meetings.
  • Answer Phones, and general clerical duties.
  • Track and analyze marketing and sales metrics, preparing reports for leadership review.
  • Coordinate trade shows, promotional events, and meetings as needed.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and content creation.
  • Help manage company websites, social media channels, and other digital assets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong phone skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools/software.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and social media management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
