Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas according to established standards
- Conduct deep cleaning procedures periodically, such as carpet cleaning or window washing
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Perform minor maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs or reporting larger repairs needed to management
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals safely to prevent accidents or injuries
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning of all designated areas
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
