Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
- Pull and review aging reports for 30/60/90-day past-due balances
- Manage the collections process by contacting customers with outstanding invoices
- Generate, send, and audit invoices for accuracy
- Reconcile customer payments to outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies
Expense Management
- Reconcile receipts submitted through Expensify with credit card statements; investigate variances
- Track, reconcile, and maintain car-wash tickets and related receipts
Additional Responsibilities
- Process vendor payments and help maintain accurate payables records
- Assist with digital forms related to operations, account management, and internal workflows
- Support employee onboarding by organizing and processing required paperwork
- Help track employee birthdays, work anniversaries, and contribute to employee recognition initiatives
