- Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of residential or commercial spaces through dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
- Operate janitorial equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and steam cleaners efficiently.
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture, cleaning supplies, or waste disposal materials safely.
- Communicate effectively with clients or team members regarding cleaning schedules or specific requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning services such as custodial work, janitorial roles, or hotel housekeeping is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation procedures is essential.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents and equipment operation is required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete duties within designated timeframes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients or team members.
- Outdoor work experience or residential cleaning background is a plus.
