Role Description
We’re hiring a Commercial Lender / Relationship Manager.
This is a producer-focused, in-office role with a strong preference for candidates who can bring an existing portfolio or established client relationships.
This position is built around in-person relationship banking—regular client meetings, community involvement, and day-to-day collaboration with internal teams. It is not a remote or work-from-home role.
That said, we’re also open to a high-upside developing lender who:
- Has real lending experience (not just analysis)
- Can analyze cash flow and structure deals
- Is actively working to build a book of business
- Is willing to consistently get in front of clients
This role includes full responsibility across the lending cycle—from origination through renewal—with expectations around both growth and credit quality.
Title, portfolio size, and compensation will be commensurate with experience and production.
We’re especially interested in candidates who can:
- Speak to specific deals they’ve worked on or originated
- Demonstrate initiative in business development
- Take ownership of both client relationships and portfolio performance
Candidates should be comfortable discussing their portfolio, production history, and approach to developing client relationships.
