What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Pool Manager position at Commerce City?
The City of Commerce City is seeking a Seasonal Pool Manager to join our team! Under the general direction of the Recreation Supervisor of Aquatics, the Outdoor Pool Manager will be responsible for general aquatic responsibilities, including, but not limited to, supervising aquatic, admissions, and concessions staff, as well as guarding, swim lesson instruction, and pool maintenance.
The Outdoor Pool Manager must work successfully in a team-oriented atmosphere that provides citizens and other employees with accurate information, excellent customer service and human relation skills. Individuals in this position must have current LGT, CPR, and AED certifications and must be accountable, flexible, and adept at conflict resolution.
Hiring Salary Is Dependent Upon Experience.
The hiring range for Outdoor Pool Manager is $23.10 - $25.86 per hour.

Must be 18 years of age. Requires high school graduation or equivalent; Requires a minimum of two years' experience life guarding and managing at a public pool. Must have the ability to successfully complete lifeguard certification within 30 days of hire. Must have experience in telephone courtesy, cash handling and customer service. Must have PC computer knowledge and skills in Windows and MS Office Environment. MS Word and ACTIVENET experience preferred.
