Guest Relations Associate I/II Eagle Pointe Rec Center

Under the general direction and supervision of the Recreation Coordinator – Facilities or the Recreation Supervisor – Facilities, the Guest Relations Associate I/II assists with the daily activities of the Front Desk at the Bison Ridge Recreation Center. The Guest Relations Associate I/II must work successfully in a team-oriented atmosphere that provides citizens and other employees with accurate information, excellent customer service and human relations skills. Must be accountable, flexible and adept at conflict resolution. Must accurately operate Windows PC and computerized cash register.

Hiring Salary Is Dependent Upon Experience.

Guest Relation I- The hiring range for this position is $17.06 - $19.44 per hour.

Guest Relation II- The hiring range for this position is $17.76 - $20.11 per hour.

GUEST RELATIONS I

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling preferred.
• Customer service preferred.
• PC computer knowledge and skills in Windows and MS Office.
• MS Word and ACTIVE experience preferred.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred; required within three months of hire.
• Bilingual preferred.

Includes All Of The Above, Plus

• Minimum one-year cash handling experience.
• Minimum one-year customer service experience.
• Holds or is pursuing a degree in Recreation or related field.
