General Purpose
Join our dynamic team at the Recreation Center as a Recreation Assistant - Facilities! Under the guidance of our dedicated Recreation Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in training and supervising our front desk staff, ensuring that our community receives outstanding customer service and accurate information.
We are looking for a reliable individual to open the rec centers in the morning. Additionally, you will support rentals, bookings, setups, payment collection, calling renters, and managing all logistics involved. Minimum Qualifications
Requires high school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of related experience. Must have experience in telephone courtesy, cash handling and customer service; computer experience and skills in Windows and MS Office software applications. Must possess a current CPR/First Aid certificate or be able to obtain within 60 days of hire date. Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license and supply motor vehicle record prior to hire.
