Job Summary:
CommandTec, LLC has a requirement for a Test Administrator supporting a federal government customer. The Test Administrator administers and proctors language proficiency exams in support of mission-critical testing operations. This position verifies candidate eligibility, maintains secure testing environments, and ensures compliance with established procedures and protocols. The Test Administrator provides standardized instructions, supports candidates during testing sessions, and documents testing activities to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and inspect testing rooms, equipment, and materials prior to exam administration
- Monitor testing sessions to ensure compliance with security procedures and testing protocols
- Maintain control and accountability of testing materials and secure testing environments
- Report testing irregularities, incidents, and security concerns in accordance with established procedures
- Verify test materials, system readiness, and candidate documentation prior to testing sessions
- Coordinate with scheduling personnel and stakeholders to ensure efficient test execution
- Assist with data entry, validation, and submission of testing records and results
- Support setup, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of testing equipment and systems
- Performs additional duties and accepts other responsibilities as may be assigned
